I have been patiently cooperating with the team at Kroes on my case for self-employed work. However, I have repeatedly found lapses in my the paperwork and repeated mistakes that I fear are adversely affecting my case. I have always paid the firm in full and cooperated with them on any documents needed, always ahead of agreed times, only to see them slack on my work, miss their agreed deadlines and their refusal to even apologise for such carelessness, callousness and clumsiness. What is also concerning is the almost psychopathic lack of accountability and regard for my i.e. client's time, well-being and interests. The concerned partner has often made me anxious and has a habit of going missing after making a blunder on my file. I am not only deeply hurt, and unsettled by their behaviour but also concerned about my reputation as shoddy submissions were made on my behalf.
