I was laid off and found myself in an urgent situation where I needed my long-term residence permit approved quickly. In the end, everything turned out very well, although the IND decision took longer than the deadline they initially indicated. Agata was very patient and called the IND many times to follow up. A few days after the deadline, Agata even sent the notice of default (ingebrekestelling) to IND. IND made the decision a few days after that. After I received my long-term residence permit card, they even checked that all the details on it were correct.
