I had an approaching expiration date for my visa and was ready to apply for permanent residency. The talented and helpful team at Everaert identified early on that there was an issue in the past and it might not have the smoothest process with the IND for permanent residency, nor even renewing my current visa. It took couple if years in all kinds of efforts, but eventually she managed to get the best outcome for me - as in to "seal" and confirm my Dutch citizenship. I’ve heard Everaert Lawyers through a friend and started working with Elles Besselsen to get a self-employed residence permit in the Netherlands.
