We studied the intricate option procedure for our children to gain formal Dutch Citizenship and decided not to risk it (even though I'm a lawyer!). We turned to the Everaert team to provide the essential legal, process and and practical advice and guidance needed. The team was always highly responsive and took the pain and risk out of compliance with the technicalities, ensuring there were no omissions or mistakes in all the supporting paperwork. We were reccomended Elles by a friend who had a similar experince. Although we were a younger couple who hadn't spent much time in the Netherlands, Elles treated us kindly and helped us to throughly navigate the application process and later to recive Eu family refunification. She is extremley knowledgable, honest and patient with any question you have. Dealing Everaert Advocaten has been simple and straight forward. Their Lawyers are extremely knowledgable and well versed in their fields. In a situation where there was a lot of doubt and insecurity, Nikki Vreede (a very talented and bright lawyer) was a godsend. Her knowledge of immigration law is outstanding and her work ethic is impeccable.

I applied for permits on behalf of me, my girlfriend and newborn daughter and the process was very smooth. We didn't have to do much! Just submit some documents and next thing was collection. I also think I was well informed about the processes, what to do and how to get there. The only reason why I don't give a 10 is that the submission website is not entirely user friendly. As an IT professional I quickly learned my way around, however, this may be difficult for other people. These are the things I found difficult. 1. The uploading system did not show on the site if my all uploads were individually successful. I think after all uploads I should have seen a list where I can preview the documents. In my case I had to email the contact to be sure. 2. Every upload spammed me with a new email instead. This could have been solved with the step above. 3. The dossier page is almost hiding in plain sight and it is not immediately apparent where to click to get there. But again, these were easy to figure out in the long run. I just think a little improvement in user friendliness on the website will reflect the positive attitude the advocates give in person and make the entire process excellent.

Eind vorig jaar was mijn naturalisatieverzoek onterecht afgewezen en ik heb met Nikki Vreede van Everaert Advocaten contact opgenomen om samen een bezwaarschift aan te tekenen. Ze heeft het probleem met de beslissing meteen gediagnosticeerd en alle benodigde documenten van me gekregen.
