I'm an Australian who needed help applying for residency based on my relationship with my EU partner (a UK national). And impressively, in a case where the IND made a clerical error that would have prevented me from being allowed to start my new job in the Netherlands on time, Eline fixed their error very quickly, and I was able to start my job on time which was a huge relief.
