Flexible in support: I had an issue with renewing my passport prior to my visa application, I received support on what to prioritize and when. After the application, there were no hiccups in the process with the IND, I received my visa in a short time.

My experience was virtually stress free for me with assistance at all points of the journey. My only two observations were that my IND appointment was arranged by Everaert Advocaten whereas I had to book my BSN appointment which disrupted the smooth process. My advise would be that the firm also book in the BSN appointment where possible just to create that seamless experience. Moreover my partner who came on my visa had to book her own IND and BSN appointments whereas I would expect the firm to have also booked their appointments like mine. But all in a good experience and would recommend!
