I got in touch with Everaert Advocaten as I was unsure if I still had my Dutch nationality (I was born to a Dutch father and British mother and raised in the UK). Everaert Advocaten were very quick to respond to my initial enquiry and I engaged them as my lawyers to ascertain my Dutch citizenship. Everaert Advocaten researched the Dutch law relating to my circumstances and advised I was still a Dutch national. I then used Everaert Advocaten to help me apply for a Dutch passport for me and my children. Everaert Advocaten made the process as painless as possible - a service that I am extremely grateful for. They did all the hard work and even completed the application forms to take to the Dutch consulate. The process was so well undertaken that I received my Dutch passports with no issues. Our lawyer personally took our case into her care after our first talk. She made shure to gather all relevant information not just legally but personally to understand our situation and give us the best advice possible. Me and my partner met online, and although the European law seems friendly we wouldn't been able to navigate the minute details without the professional help of our lawyer. She helped us through finding a way for my partner to legally enter the Netherlands and to handle our registrations and long therm residence permit. She kept us positive and helped us through the difficult times, fighting for our cause.

Mijn vader is uit Afrika naar mij op bezoek. Hij is tijdens zijn verblijf ziek geworden. Ik ben besloten om hem hier laten behandelen. Zijn visum was alleen voor vier weken en de behandeling zou langer dan vier weken zijn.
