As soon as I arrived, I gave a maximum rating saying that they were always available and ready to help, which did not happen with other agencies after hiring! Well, not here either! In addition to not having complied with the proposal made, nothing that I need is solved, I have to do everything on my own and ask for favors that should be the agency's obligation to resolve! When I asked about the agency's role, the answer was "to make my stay at work and in the country as good as possible". I'm in the best company I've ever worked for, but I've been thinking about leaving because all the problems I've had here were caused by the agency! I've been thinking that this must be their will, because if I leave they will get paid for a new hire!

In my opinion we had a good conversation about the struggles in communication you experienced towards I-Hospitality. Unfortunately I did not have the feeling that I could make everything as clear, since you interpretate things differente than the actual facts that have happend. Thats something I hoped to take away with the facts shown in our internal communication between you and our recruitment team. Ideal to make a new start if you want to leave from your country, willing to communicate and help you if you have any issues, mediocre wages (for the Netherlands),there can be some problems or confusion for some people with the rental cars and payments, the housing they offer varies from average to excellent (for the money you are paying)
Last year I had no rent to pay. This year I have to pay 91€ per week and in my opinion it is too much, since I know how much i-hospitality gains with the workers since it has been told to me (without me questioning). Me being here will cost me around 200 euros per month in taxes in Portugal. This year I pay rent but I cannot register myself in this house, nor I can get a second job (Due to the exclusivity of the contract). The rooms tend to be wide open, no locks. I have some things so I can place a lock in my wardrobe (Lock that I'll have to buy). Compared to last year the 91 € per month are not showing big improvements. Since I arrived I have seen several situations of colleagues that had to leave my workplace because they were not doing enough money to stay comfortably. In my opinion waiters suffer more than us cooks, because a lot of times they do not do enough hours to have money left. It is something I heard a lot this year. It is a good company to get a job and come to Netherlands with a room. It is sometimes hard to communicate. This year I came with my own car, because I already knew their cars are not in the best conditions. Sometimes I see colleagues having to send it to the workshop (2 times I've seen it) or having to replace the car (3 times I've seen it). However the gas money helps a lot, when you are far away from work. I also have a situation not yet resolved from last year where the landlord expelled us from the house (with no justification). The situation is in court with the help of i-hospitality. I will not say more, but we where helped a lot. The best thing about i-hosp is getting a house I guess, which is very hard in NL. Organizing the BSN is also helpful. If you want to experience Netherlands it is a good way to try it out. But do not think it will be easy. You need to work enough hours and a lot depends on the job you get. Come with money and try to always have enough to return. Also, read the contract. Most seem to not do it.

I am a good professional, it is the second time someones wants to hire me. The best thing about i-hosp is getting a house I guess, which is very hard in NL. They should rethink their new ways, because I've seen several people being financially harmed from coming to here.

My experience has been TERRIBLE. I realized that no request was resolved (contact via telephone) and, when in addition to the incompetence, the character was also involved, I stopped making telephone contact, because in the last, 35 minutes of the call, after having already detailed everything by email, I was no reply. When I made contact again to find out about the conversation, I didn't know anything that was said! For a suitable person/company, there is no fear of recording what is said (email), as there is no need to go back. In the last email from my contact, I asked her to tell me in what situation/condition/moment I should contact her to actually have support. I got no answer! She will probably say that she will only answer via call, certainly so that later I won't be able to prove it and she will say that "that's not what she said". The whole process had problems and, at this point, some of them I believe to be intentional, like lying about the proposal and values, etc. Not to mention that they even put me to share a house with a bandit, putting my life at risk, luckily, I only had material damage involved (which no one assumed, the damage being on my own), as I managed to defend myself against the attempted aggression . That's because the selection process is flawed! And I can say, because I've worked with Recruitment and Selection for four years! As I will certainly be (again) without an answer about the role of the agency, my resolution on this is that it is just to keep my money, because in 9 months I have not received any support, response or support from anyone I'd like to say more, but don't allow for a larger text!
From the first interwiew my instincts whispered to me that you are company to trust. Everything went as we agreed from the beginning: arrival, housing, car rental, workplace. A friendly team was waiting for me. The payments are always on time and correct.
I’m working with them for a long time already and I can say that the communication is just perfect , all the problems (if there is ) is solved fast and as nice as possible . Accomodation are just as nice as possible . Jobs really good . I love working with them and I really recommend it to anyone !

its been best one , very supportive , in which I intend to get better and faster , and be on the right track , with the right guidance of the Sou Chef , It takes time for a Sou Chef to become a Head chef

The whole process was easy and we(me and my boyfriend) had a positive experience.
It’s my second time working with the agency in two years (today almost a full year already) and the main reason I came back is that they can not just find a job that suits for you in 2 seconds, but also make sure that you’ll always have a house where to live and a place (in my case) you can call home, something nearly impossible in this country. On the other side the team is fully committed to make your experience nice and smooth and they’re always up to help in case you need them. In the end we’re their best asset and they’re all here for and to make our unique experience as pleasant as possible always improving platforms and ways to make our lives here a bit easier. Totally nailed it.
