Ik vond het een prettige training. Wel soms moeilijk/rommelig door de hoeveelheid termen die genoemd worden en de onderlinge relaties. Opbouw van de theorie. Hier ben ik zelf ook debet aan omdat ik de theorie niet tot me had genomen. Dat was makkelijker geweest.

Vond het best ingewikkeld, examen viel ook niet mee. Heel veel stof, met evenveel afkortingen.

Volgen van de lessen was voldoende om, voldoende kennis te vergaren om het examen te behalen

De training was prima. De A3 opdracht beter invulling aan geven voor de gehele groep ipv kleine groepjes.

Peter is een enthousiaste verteller en groot voorstander van Lean. Hij weet er heel veel van en brengt dit met enthousiasme over. Dit geeft een goede energie, tegelijk moet je wel zorgen dat je goed aangesloten blijft.

Veel geleerd. Maar soms lijkt bij mij een uitleg heel omslachtig waardoor ik de draad kwijt raak.

I was looking forward to this training for a long time, and it met my expectations! There were was a good balance of difficulty level which made it sometimes easy and sometimes more challenging, and it was nice to experience adjustments throughout the training to meet our needs as learners (very lean). A real-life experience with exercises and a project would have made it even more valuable, but not I am sure that I will definitely choose this option for the Black Belt training after gathering some experience in the field. Positive experience with the LSS green belt training, even though it was online Mathijs still managed to give an engaging training. Kind trainer that takes time to explain when needed and is able to fire up the pace when requested.

Trainer did everything possible to make the online course interactive. Breakout rooms, exercises, quizzes. Made a real effort to add humor into the course even if there was a lot of information to share and process.

I already wanted to follow this training for a while and to my regret there were only spots left for the online 6-day course. However, when we started the first day with our group and Mathijs I was happily surprised by the energy and content he brought our way. Now, I feel like the online course provides flexibility as well as efficiency in completing Lean Six Sigma Green Belt. The pace and type of content were weekly adjusted to the level and interests of our group and I could complete the exam without studying in extra time, which in my opinion is very valuable during busy projects etc. Thank you Mathijs for the effort, time and energy you put in training us! Looking forward to bringing my knowledge in to practice :)

Mathijs explained the lean six sigma content in a clear and structured way, taking day-to-day examples to make it easily transferable to your own projects and even personal life. He adjusted the pace to the group and ensured everyone could follow. I recommend the training and trainer!

The 6-day Lean Six Sigma training was a highly enriching experience. We covered a wide range of concepts and tools while applying them through practical exercises tailored to our contexts. The trainer demonstrated excellent listening skills and was able to adapt effectively to our expectations throughout the program, making the training even more relevant and dynamic. Access to the e-learning platform was also a significant asset, providing an opportunity to complement the in-person sessions. The practice tests available online were particularly useful in consolidating our knowledge and delving deeper into certain topics. In summary, this was a comprehensive, well-structured training program perfectly suited to the participants' needs. I highly recommend it to anyone looking to start or enhance their expertise in Lean Six Sigma.

Very nice training facilitator, did a well job even though it was an online class. Quite an easy course if you have had statistics and managed courses in your studies.

I enjoyed the course and the trainer. It was a good balance between new information, exercises and applying our own work to these topics. It made me curious to learn more so maybe in the future I will continue with another study one step deeper.

Interessante en waardevolle dagen, waarin we op een prettige tempo door de lesstof heen zijn gegaan. Veel mogelijkheden om vragen te stellen en langer stil te staan bij bepaalde elementen. Ook de oefeningen om bepaalde concepten duidelijk te maken, waren een leuke en nuttige toevoeging. Ik ga met veel ideeën terug naar werk en ben van plan die ook toe te gaan passen!

Ik vond het ontzettend leuke en leerzame dagen. Ik heb veel nieuws geleerd en kijk er naar uit deze toe te gaan passen.

Ondanks alle afkortingen certificaat behaald. Leuke, interessante lessen.

Sessies waren interessant en afwisselend tussen leerstof en oefenen. De link naar de praktijk mist soms wel doordat je in groepjes naar standaard voorbeelden kijkt. Snap wel dat dit vanuit praktisch oogpunt nodig is.

Een goede locatie, fijne docent en leerzame stof.
