Steps were simple to prepare for. But after customer validity check it took almost 15 days to credit the loan amount which was not expected and worst part is the customer service executive have no clue about the status of application

I had some difficulties with the online application. My spouse is not ABNA client, then I couldn't apply via my app. It took me some time to find out I need to apply while I'm not logged in! All in all, I'm satisfied with the process. Specially with the responsibility and behaviour of the employees.

We applied 3 or 4 times. We are married and both working. But every time we got rejected an offer. But I applied another last time using only my own information, and specified my wife is not working at all. Then I got the offer and everything went smooth. This does not make sense, as 2 people are earning more than 1 person, so should be easier to trust and approve.

You asked for an id doc and I sent a copy of my passport from Portugal. Then I received a message saying that the passport was invalid because it did not have an Ibsr number! Of course not it is not a Dutch passport. Luckily I had a Dutch driving license which had my Ibsr number. My ibsr number was already mentioned on my payslip that I had sent with my passport. The whole process of asking for documents is assuming you are going to just get Dutch passports with Ibsr numbers. It would help to say in the instructions that if you don’t have a Dutch passport to send another document which has the Ibsr number to avoid all these delays. Do not assume every person has a Dutch passport with an Ibsr number.

I think the process improved from one year ago when I had to download the BKR statement and now it is automated from your side.

The requested documentation was not clear, continually asked for different documentation despite the provided ID fitting the criteria. Slow to respond during actual application and even outside their own stated time frame. Requested additional documentation not stated in the original application. Money was received quickly once application was approved.

Online application indicated immigration status was unacceptable for the loan (which was totally incorrect) and caused delays until this was determined to be a system issue, which took another 48 hours to fix. The application was submitted on a Wednesday night and no feedback from the application was received until Monday although the website indicates loans will be reviewed within one working day. At least on Monday once the feedback was addressed the loan was approved quickly.

I applied online on Monday and had the funds to purchase my new car on Friday. There were a couple of glitches with additional documents needed, as I am an expat, but this was all done online. Overall, the process was quite smooth and I am happy with the service and the timeline that everything was handled. I was able to pick up my new car 2 days later so all good.
