Absolutely smooth and Very well processed

The whole interaction was very user friendly, All i needed to do was to provide necessary documents. i liked the way feedback was provided through messaging through the app, but email could also work. What i like about ABN AMRO is that it’s very product oriented, like banking and managing finances has turned into managing some packages that you can easily enable. I’ve been a customer since I moved to Netherlands and I am not planning to move away at all.

Very simple to apply, the next day in my account

Very easy to get what I needed

Doing the application online was very easy. It's great to have a portal where you simulate values, upload the documents and get everything done without the hassle of going through calls or multiple meetings to justify yourself. I appreciate how easy it is to get a loan with ABN.

Hassle free and transparent

We had a great experience while working out this loan process with ABN AMRO. The loan officer from ABN was very helpful in understanding our requirements and working with us to get the right documents for processing the loan. Approval process was very quick. We had some misunderstanding with respect to documents submitted and the officer was very supportive here in getting things sorted out. Overall a very good experience!

There was delay in the process and no response from the bank

After completing the personal identification at our home by the bank employee, I was informed that the completing the due diligence was the last step to complete the process. After filling due diligence form and submitting, I contacted the bank over the phone and an employee confirmed that everything is fine and I should get the money in 2 days. So, I made an appointment with the car dealer for the delivery. But even after 3 days, money wasn't credited and no one from bank contacted me. When I called the bank again they said that they can't see with I spoke with and they have no record of it. Also, they said there is an issue in the system and they have to talk to my partner. Even after it, they didn't confirm when everything will be resolved. I had to call multiple times to understand the status and finally got it after 1 week delay. I had to cancel the appointment with dealer and just wait.

Well defined, easy to apply and transparent

Eventually it all went well though there was a hiccup due to a mistake in the address at my source. Unfortunately, ABN did not communicate that back so I waited and waited. Then I called and got someone to investigate. After that the hiccup was resolved quickly!

it was good but i thought couple of things could be better I naturally intend to reply to the email i received asking documents. however, i need to send to different email address which requires concious efforts. it would be good if there is any digital dossier where i can add my documents rather sending over email.
