There was delay in the process and no response from the bank
After completing the personal identification at our home by the bank employee, I was informed that the completing the due diligence was the last step to complete the process. After filling due diligence form and submitting, I contacted the bank over the phone and an employee confirmed that everything is fine and I should get the money in 2 days. So, I made an appointment with the car dealer for the delivery. But even after 3 days, money wasn't credited and no one from bank contacted me. When I called the bank again they said that they can't see with I spoke with and they have no record of it. Also, they said there is an issue in the system and they have to talk to my partner. Even after it, they didn't confirm when everything will be resolved. I had to call multiple times to understand the status and finally got it after 1 week delay. I had to cancel the appointment with dealer and just wait.
