1. Terms for Posting Reviews
Klantenvertellen has designated a central point of contact for communication with member state authorities, the European Commission, and the European Board for Digital Services regarding the application of the DSA: [email protected]. Communication can take place in Dutch and English.
2. Central Point of Contact for Users
Klantenvertellen has established the following contact point for communication with users: [email protected]. This applies to everyone who uses the services to obtain or share information.
3. Restrictions on User Content
Klantenvertellen informs users about the reasons why certain content may be restricted. This particularly concerns user content such as reviews that are illegal or violate our guidelines. Steps are taken to limit the availability and visibility of inappropriate or illegal content, such as removing reviews or restricting the user’s access to features.
4. User Responsibility
While Klantenvertellen reviews are monitored by trained teams and algorithms, users are responsible for complying with our guidelines and legal provisions. When limiting content, Klantenvertellen considers the rights and legitimate interests of all parties involved, including the right to freedom of expression.
5. Content Reporting Procedure
Klantenvertellen has established a procedure for people to report illegal content. Trusted notifications under the DSA receive priority. Once content is deemed illegal, access to it is restricted according to our guidelines. Users who reported it are kept informed of the outcome.
Through these measures, Klantenvertellen ensures compliance with the DSA and provides a safe platform for user feedback.
