What is the difference with Klantenvertellen?
Patientenvertellen is the same system as Klantenvertellen, but specifically designed for the dental care sector. It is recognized by KNMT and suitable for KRT certification. You collect reviews that count toward your quality registry.
How does this contribute to my KRT points?
The system is officially recognized by the Quality Register for Dentists (KRT). For each care provider, certificates are issued after collecting patient feedback, with mandatory reflection before and after. Please contact us for the exact point calculation.
Can I connect this to my practice software?
Yes. We have direct integrations with Exquise, NovaDent and Oasa Dental. For other systems you can use our API or manually send invitations via CSV import.
Are the reviews verified?
Yes. Invitations are only sent to patients who have actually undergone treatment. Each review goes through a verification process within 72 hours. Klantenvertellen is an official Google Review Partner.
