My first interaction with Kroes was back in 2019. As a young man, without much knowledge of anything remotely legal, Inge provided me with the guidance I needed. More than that, she took away a lot of the anxiety that comes with being in tough immigration situations. Her services allowed me to remain in the country after an unforeseen change at my work. Fast forward to 2024, Inge has helped me obtain a permanent residency. Everything was taken care of by her, and clearly explained to me. Not only did I receive a positive decision on the first try, but I also received the decision well ahead of schedule. The communication is excellent and all my questions were answered in detail. I have already recommended Kroes and Inge to people in my network who have made use of their services, and I shall continue to do so.
