Great delivery, communication is not clear
Dear Team,
I have reserved a lease car on the 9th of September. I received a confirmation that the car was on my name as of the 26th of September.
I have not received the car in September, and I have been contacted by your team many times to postpone my delivery appointment. The reason your colleagues provided was that, the car needed to get its roof window replaced due to a factory call-back from Tesla. The roof window has low availability globally, so my appointment was postponed week over week.
In the end I received my car on the 21st of October, but the roof window is still not fixed and I will need to bring the car myself to Carglass in November.
Can you tell me, what your team was actually doing with this car during a whole month, if the roof is still not replaced?
On the other hand, the delivery appointment was a very nice experience. Your colleague who delivered the car was friendly and helpful. He did not know the history of this misery with the roof, and he was not able to tell me if the roof was fixed. I found out later on from Carglass that it was not yet fixed.
