Ik heb een hele fijne ervaring gehad met Yourlease.nl Via mail en telefonisch ben ik zeer tevreden over. Toen ik de auto op kwam halen voelde ik mee ook welkom bij het ophaal punt en ben heel vriendelijk geholpen door iemand van Yourlease.nl

Unfortunately I trusted to my agent who prepared my contract and did not translated it. Second day with my car and I had an issue which not solved and one week after I had the same issue again. Did not have enough support and they even did not change my car. Now I have a 2 years contact and I can not trust this company
Dear miss Machado, Thank you for your time to write a review. Our lease contract is drawn up in Dutch and unfortunately we cannot translate it into English or any other language. We find this very regrettable, but nowadays there are very many possibilities to translate a text, sometimes even a whole page only needs to be scanned and then it is directly translated. On the 2nd day there was indeed unfortunately a problem with the car, and since I was off that weekend I could not answer until Tuesday, February 4. You asked me if there was an assistance service in English, since by your own admission Eurocross assistance only spoke Dutch. Following your message, I called them myself to ask if this was the case, and I was told that they speak English when a customer asks for it. Then I explained this to you and also which option to choose on the phone to get the right person on the phone. In my opinion I gave you the right assistance. I did not hear anything else and assumed that the problem had been solved. The following week we received another email from you reporting that the car had a problem, which unfortunately happened twice in a short period of time. We then reviewed the problem to see how we could help you. Unfortunately, the incident was abroad at the time, and because you had not initially included the option for roadside assistance in the contract, therefore communication was a bit more difficult than usual. Also, the problems were shortly after the start of the contract so the contract was not yet registered and unfortunately not yet visible to the roadside assistance service. As a result, you were (mistakenly) told that there is no insurance in the contract, while this is of course the case with private lease. Also, roadside assistance within the Netherlands is standard in the contract. Of course we immediately added this option, the breakdown service abroad to your contract. It is, of course, a technical product and unfortunately there may be a defect despite the car being carefully checked before delivery by our workshop. After all the contact I asked if all problems were solved to which your answer was that everything is arranged. Unfortunately, if the car is working properly, we cannot simply change it. The car will of course be repaired as stated in the contract! So to your request to change we can unfortunately not meet because the car now just works again and we entered into a contract for at least 2 years (24 months). After this period we are of course happy to look into the possibility of changing lease cars. However, we do agree with you that this is of course a bad start, and we still did our best to solve this for you at that time. Super snel en duidelijk antwoord. Email en telefonisch contact was heel direct en duidelijk. Bij ophalen vriendelijk en open personeel. Auto is helemaal naar verwachting. Ook op de site alles goed en duidelijk omschreven.
Afspraak zoals geplant,auto stond klaar,administratie was zo gepiept
Laagdrempelig contact, fijne keuze in auto's voor elk budget. Super dat er ook gebruikte kleine auto's voor de lease mogelijk zijn. Ideaal voor mensen die wel mobiel willen blijven maar geen groot bedrag per maand kwijt willen zijn of niet meer veel kms rijden.
Een paar maanden geleden heb ik de diensten van het bedrijf ingehuurd en ik ben erg tevreden over de voordelen en kwaliteiten die het biedt. Ik heb Your Lease al aanbevolen aan een collega die naar Nederland is verhuisd. De service was gecontracteerd. Ik zal het blijven aanbevelen.
Ik lease bij Yourlease een Hyundai i 10. Een keurige auto die er als nieuw uitziet. voor een redelijke prijs per maand. Voor onderhoud kan ik vlakbij mijn woning terecht bij een prima bedrijf. Een zuinige auto die mij tot nu toe niet in de steek heeft gelaten. Ben dus zeer tevreden. Ook bij het bedrijf ben ik goed geholpen. De medewerkster nam alle tijd voor me om de administratie te doen en de auto na te lopen.
Heb makkelijk mijn leasecontract kunnen afsluiten. Alleen jammer dat je helemaal vanuit limburg naar Soest moet om je auto op te halen.
Correcte dienstverlening en duidelijke facturering.
Voor mij was het de eerste keer dat ik privat lease ging doen. Zag er tegenop want ik wist niet wat op me af zou komen. Maar...in het kort... echt super! De auto was als nieuw. Het invullen van de aanvraag viel reuze mee. De vriendelijke en gastvrijheid was ook geweldig. Je voelt je echt koning. Tijdens het afleveren van de auto ben ik heel professioneel geholpen. En dan de auto....super gaaf! Dankjewel your lease!
Er wordt goed met je meegekeken en gedacht naar de mogelijkheden. Ook denken ze mee wat er mogelijk is qua bundels en de kosten. Het ophalen was zo geregeld. Ook de klantenservice is hartelijk en behulpzaam.
Onwijs blij met m’n nieuwe Jeep! Ik werd heel snel geholpen en de service van yourlease is heel professioneel en ze denken met je mee.

I just wanted to change my car (an electric one) with one Benzine type and they wanted to charge me a lot of cost almost equal to half of the car price , I have followed up with them again after a while and again they asked me a lot of money to change this car. Also there is not enough customer friendly behavior in the negotiations and they replied to me very impolite and sometimes rudely. I never ever recommend them to anybody else,
Dear Amir, Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with the Peugeot e-208 you signed a contract for with us on 16-10-2024. The contract you signed has a term of 48 months and by making a one-time payment you have chosen to make the contract flexible so that it is freely terminable after 36 months. You indicated to us on 21-01-2025 that you wish to change to another car, namely a gasoline car. This is because of the distance between your home and office/work and because you are not satisfied with the range of the car. This is of course very annoying, but information about the range of the car can be found on the Internet. Therefore, we assume that before you sign a contract with us, you are aware of the range of the car. We also assume that before you sign the contract, you review it before you sign it. On 21-01-2025, we provided you with the options to switch cars early. According to the contract you signed, we are allowed to charge you a surrender charge of 40% of the remaining monthly premiums up to the time the car can be returned cost-free. We informed you what this amount would be and here you did not agree. After email contact, we took up your request to reduce the surrender price and sent you several proposals that included thousands of Euro's in discounts. In response, you made us several offers that we could not accept, including one in which you would pay us only 1% of the original surrender price, this offcourse is not realistic. We cannot accept this because we would simply make a loss on the car when it is returned. and also Our concern in this case is not to make a profit on the car, but merely to make sure that we do not make a loss on it. After this, we made an even better final offer to make a payment of +- 10% of the redemption price when changing the car and pay the rest spread over 24 months, unfortunately you did not agree to this either. This last offer was the best we could offer you, but unfortunately it was not to your satisfaction. In our opinion we have reasonably considered your wishes, and in our opinion your offer was not in accordance with the market and certainly not realistic. You informed us several times that you were going to stop paying and that you were going to take legal action. We also scheduled an appointment on 05-02-2025 to pick up the car from you, which you eventually cancelled yourself because you did not agree with the conditions. After this we looked with you about changing cars with us, but unfortunately, we have not heard anything more from you. Meedenkend nadat ik noodlottig m'n schakelauto te vroeg moest inruilen boor een automaat vanwege medische redenen. Helaas kon de boete niet helemaal weg maar er werd meegedacht
Heerlijk autootje geleased maar heb een lek dakje. Yourlease betaald de totale rekening, echt super. Ook de vriendelijkheid in de showroom is super!!
Wij hebben dit als ervaren als zeer goed,deskundig en vakbekwaam.
Het hele traject verliep soepel, van het eerste contact tot het afhalen van de auto. Reacties zij altijd snel en informatief. De auto rijdt al maanden prima, ben er tevreden mee. Let alleen wel op de juiste keuze van het aantal kilometers, anders kost het later extra.
