Voordat ik van Rentslam had gehoord heb ik op meer dan 200 woningen gereageerd zonder succes. Na aanschaf van Rentslam hebben we binnen twee weken het contract getekent van ons nieuwe huis. Echt een hele fijne service.

As an expat who just recently moved to Amsterdam, I had only a month to find an apartment that suits my needs and thanks to Rentslam, I was notified the new apartment listings the moment they were live on listing sites. And we managed to find an apartment already before we arrived when we were on plane! The main benefit of the service is the fact that it’s taking data not just from main listing sites like Pararius but also from all kinds of real estate websites which I would never know as an expat. Also I think the pricing is very fair. So good job guys! I’m recommending you already to everyone who is moving to Amsterdam. You should do the same service for apartments for sale.

In de huidige woningmarkt moet je er snel bij zijn. Met Rentslam ben je snel op de hoogte van het nieuwe aanbod. Dit kan in veel gevallen het verschil maken voor een uitnodiging voor een bezichtiging of niet!

Ik ben heel toevallig over RentSlam vertelt en ben gelijk aan de slag gegaan. Je moet er natuurlijk zelf wel moeite voor doen om zo snel mogelijk op de woningen te reageren die zo netjes op tijd werden verstuurd door RentSlam. Op het eind was het de moeite waard, want ik heb nu in deze moeilijke tijd na niet eens 1 maand mijn woning gevonden.

They get all the options from multiple websites and and services share everything you. All options were within the filters we set and I felt confident I wasn‘t missing out on anything. It takes the stress out of searching every second on many websites and going through unviable apartments, the options come to you.

Given the current housing situation in the Netherlands, we found that being among the first ones to apply helps greatly. We probably would not have found our current house without RentSlam, as the viewing took place literally the day after the house was posted online!

Na heel lang zoeken en gek worden van telkens tientallen sites te bezoeken elke dag, uiteindelijk gekozen voor Rentslam. Wat een rust! Het algoritme werkt heel goed en ik kreeg elke dag meerede mails binnen met opties die eventueel geschikt zouden zijn voor ons. Uiteindelijk hebben wij binnen 1 maand iets gevonden wat bij ons paste (en wij hadden hele moeilijke criteria). Zeker een aanrader! Afmelden ging ook heel makkelijk en meteen goed.

I was very skeptical of Rentslam, however, after seeing the advertisements, and not finding a place for 3 months, I'm like let's sign up, let's try it out! First things first, this is not an agency, they won't find places for you, however, you don't need to go on tons of websites to be the first ones applying to places. With Dutch housing, you have to be the quickest in applying, and that's how Rentslam is helping you out. As soon as a listing in your preference pops up, you'll receive an email about it (check your email often), then you can apply and hopefully get invited to a viewing. I was looking for an apartment 3 months before joining Rentslam. Upon joining Rentslam I received around 5 viewings and got an apartment within 3 weeks. I would definitely recommend it!!

Na 2 maanden 50 mails per dag door te spitten is het ons gelukt om een prachtige woning te vinden, mede (vooral) door Rentslam. Een paar extra filters voor de zoekopdracht zouden geen gemis zijn, maar begrijp dat de app nog in startfase is. Al met al geweldig!

I have used rentslam twice in the past two years. Both times, I found perfect apartments which matched my expectations entirely! I would recommend it to anyone!

Rentslam heeft ons goed geholpen om snel en makkelijk een huis te vinden. We hadden een abonnement afgesloten voor drie maanden met de verwachting dat het wel even zou duren, maar waren met drie weken al klaar met de zoektocht. Je moet wel nog steeds realistisch zijn qua budget en locatie en goed je mail in de gaten houden om telkens snel te kunnen reageren. Maar daarmee vind je dan ook gegarandeerd snel een woning. Voor ons werkte het ideaal en kan het alleen maar aanraden.

Je kent het wel: de hele dag continue alle makelaars sites refreshen. Dit vergt een hoop tijd en kost een stukje sanity. Precies het bovenstaande is wat RentSlam je uit handen neemt. Daarbij is software natuurlijk altijd sneller dan handmatig zoeken. 10/10 would recommend

Omdat mijn huidige huurcontract uiteindelijk toch werd verlengd was het niet meer nodig. Maar totdat dit bekend was iedere week wel één of meer bezichtigingen via Rentslam.
