Na een afzegging door hittegolf is er een nieuwe afspraak gemaakt en is ook nagekomen . Monteurs zijn vakkundig en een leuk stel . Wij zijn zeer tevreden .
Hele prettige uitleg gekregen van Edward die ook bij de stappen daarna bereikbaar was voor vragen. We hebben iets langer op plaatsing moeten wachten doordat de omvormers later geleverd werden (als gevolg van de oorlog). Alles netjes tijdig gecommuniceerd en zsm een nieuwe datum gekregen. Daarna op die datum keurig geplaatst en meteen opbrengst. Alles doet wat het moet doen en mooie grote donkere panelen. Laat de zon maar veel schijnen.
Na de offerte is er meteen werk van gemaakt. De mensen op het dak waren klantvriendelijk en zeer snel met het aan leggen van de Zonne panelen. Ook kon je zien dat ze wisten waar ze mee bezig waren. De monteur voor de meter kast was een vak man met een goede hulp. We zijn jullie dankbaar voor het geleverde werk. We hopen de app ook snel te krijgen zo dat we kunnen zien wat de zon resultaten zijn. Dus zon advies dank voor het tot nu toe geleverde werk. groeten Maarten van den Heuvel.
Adviseur nam duidelijk de voor-en nadelen van verschillende systemen door. Uiteindelijk een voorstel met prima prijs-kwaliteit verhouding gekregen De installatie verliep erg soepel en zelfs op de dag van installatie werd er nog mee gedacht over een optimale opstelling van de zonnepanelen en kon het legplan worden aangepast. Ook de aftersales is erg goed na een probleem met het SolarEdge account, hier werd goedeegedacht door de klantenservice van ZonAdvies.
In deze moeilijke tijd toch zonnepanelen geïnstalleerd gekregen.
Door problemen met de levering van de zonnepanelen hebben we 8 maanden gewacht op de zonnepanelen. Dat was jammer, echter de contacten liepen plezierig en de montage is vlot en vakkundig gedaan. We zijn blij met onze zonnepanelen en de productie.
Snelle reactie om afspraak te maken. Prima uitleg en gedegen voorstel. Werkafspraken helder en in overleg met prima uitleg.
Ik ben heel tevreden met de installatie, keurig en netjes gedaan. waren ook nette mannen niks was te veel. Van mij krijgen ze een 10
Goed advies over welke installatie beste past. Komen de gemaakte afspraken na. Zeggen wat ze doen, doen wat ze zeggen. Vakkundige en snelle installatie, zowel elektrotechnisch als de mechanische installatie van de panelen op dak. Installatie ziet er strak uit en werkt tot nu toe tadeloos.
Najaar 2021 besteld, advies was zeer goed. In december lagen er 27 panelen, maar daarna wekenlang wachten op Liander. Februari werkten 26 van de 27 panelen, het laatste paneel starten heeft zeer lang geduurd. Niettemin begrip voor de monteurs, ze stonden figuurlijk onder hoogspanning. Soms kwam men doodmoe op zaterdagavond laat om nog wat werkzaamheden uit te voeren. Maar het is gelukt en de opbrengst overtreft de stoutste verwachtingen. Bovendien: het ligt superkaarsrecht op het dak, i.i.t. de panelen van de buren. Men moet dus wél enig begrip en geduld hebben maar uiteindelijk hebben ze een prima prestatie geleverd voor een prima prijs!
Dit "bedrijf" is al een half jaar bezig om de panelen te installeren, elke keer vergeten ze weer een onderdeel of hebben ze weer een probleem.Deze aankoop is de slechtste van mijn leven.Ik word echt jaloers als ik al die reviews lees van tevreden mensen... ik geloof het gewoon niet... elke keer zeggen ze de afspraak af nu al sinds juni dus bijna een half jaar.... en ze maken niet eens een nieuwe afspraak ze laten gewoon niets van zich horen, op emails wordt niet gereageerd en ik heb er echt niet veel geschreven... 2 of 3 in een proces van 3 kwart jaar.Ik wil zo graag mijn geld terug maar ja er liggen 14 panelen van de 16 al op mijn dak maar die doen niets.... lieve mensen doe het niet ga niet met dit "bedrijf" in zee....
Van het begin ,het gesprek met Dhr.van der Werf over de aankoop, tot het einde met de monteurs die de zonnepanelen hebben gemonteerd ronduit voortreffelijk . Telefoontje na 2 maanden ,gemonteerd te zijn, van Zonadvies maakt de aankoop compleet. Ook de ap is makkelijk te installeren.
De monteurs die de zonnepanelen gelegd hebben waren echte vaklui. Panelen liggen super op het dak.

Voor wat betreft de installatie en hardware alles prima in orde. Communicatie en medewerkers kundig. 4 sterren ipv 5 omdat het legplan in de praktijk efficiënter / optimaler kon. Raadzaam voor de afnemer om hier zelf ook naar te kijken.
