As a foreigner in the Netherlands, I do have plenty of experience wherein I am treated with disrespect, bordering on being treated as dumb.
GarageWolf is *NOT* one of those.
My patronage started way back in 2021 when I needed to rent a car. They were able to offer me one in a matter of minutes, even though it would normally take at least a day to do so. Back then it was still de old Ronald van der Wolf running the business.
3 years later, I find myself visiting them all the time. With a car of my own, they always provide me with an in-depth explanation of what was the cause of the issue and how they resolved it.
Just today I had an issue with a battery - it shorted and the car had insufficient amperage to charge the starting coil. When I dropped by and asked them whether they had a booster I could borrow, since I will be stopping by them in any case in a couple of minutes, Arturo lent it to me without an issue.
Everybody involved in the business, Arturo as the face of the company, Richard as the owner, Petry as THE administration, Wesley when he helped me with a washer I sorely needed to fit the A/C clutch properly...I do mean everybody deserve everything and so much more.
Truly a gem in the wild, rarely seen or experienced.
