Auto gebracht voor vervangen schokbrekers en Apk. Geen vage praatjes, vooraf duidelijk wat het zou gaan kosten. Geen verrassingen en dat is prettig! Auto rijdt weer als een zonnetje.

Via de website een afspraak gepland om 08:00 voor een bandenwissel + opslag. Blijkt dat de garage pas om 08:30 open gaat en er is geen mogelijkheid tot opslag voor de banden. Nogal slordig dat de afspraak applicatie niet overeen komt met de diensten die daadwerkelijk aan worden geboden en dat het mogelijk is om afspraken te maken op een tijdstip waarbij de garage nog niet open is. Dit zorgde voor zowel verwarring bij mij als klant als bij het personeel. Verder ben ik wel te spreken over het personeel hoe ze met de situatie omgingen.

Wij hebben hier onze volvo c30 gekocht. We werden goed geholpen. De aflevering van de auto was ook goed.

Ik heb ruimschoots samen met de verkoper van Autohuis Spijkenisse overlegd over welke auto voor mij het beste zou zijn. Dit heeft tot een afgewogen keuze geresulteerd, waar ik blij mee ben. Dankjewel!
