General Terms and Conditions

Article 1: Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following are understood as:

General Terms and Conditions:

these general terms and conditions, regardless of the form in which they are communicated.

AVG:

the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679).

Contractant:

the legal entity or natural person acting in the exercise of a profession or business with whom Klantenvertellen has concluded an Agreement.

Service:

all work and activities that are the subject of the Agreement. This includes services related to the (online) presentation and promotion of Contractant, its business, its services and/or website and all materials and results produced in connection therewith that are intended for Contractant.

Klantenvertellen:

Klantenvertellen B.V. is the legal owner of Klantenvertellen and Kiyoh. Klantenvertellen B.V. is located at Steenweg 79 5301 HK Zaltbommel, registered with the Chamber of Commerce under number 81275048.

Intellectual Property Rights

rights, such as copyright, trademark, design, trade name, database and know-how.

Agreement:

the agreement between Contractant and Klantenvertellen pursuant to which Klantenvertellen provides Services to Contractant.

Personal Data:

the meaning given to it in the AVG.

Directive:

additional conditions that apply in addition to the General Terms and Conditions to a specific Service.

Outage:

the material non-conformity of the Service with the functional specifications laid down in the Agreement.

Data Processing Agreement: the data processing agreement between Klantenvertellen as processor and Contractant as data controller, which agreement forms an integral part of these Terms and Conditions including the definitions used therein.
